Si Xiaohui was red in the face, unable to find her words she fumed silently, but she didn’t dare to talk back to Tong Yao.

Lin Fengying, suffering from the indignation, stammered in response, but wasn’t able to argue back, especially given her weak health condition.
Besides, what Tong Yao had stated were true facts.
Si Xiaohui, however, could not bear to listen any further. She glared at the auntie and asked angrily, "What kind of talk is that? Who are you saying is worse than a dog?"
Big Auntie wasn’t afraid of Si Xiaohui and retorted, "I’m just stating the truth. Those mothers-in-law who ruin their children’s lives are not good people, they deserve retribution. If your mother had done any good, would she be in the hospital right now?"
Si Xiaohui was on the verge of having a breakdown, she didn’t dare to really quarrel with the auntie. The auntie’s son had just left, and he seemed to be a sturdy and fierce-looking man. Si Xiaohui was afraid that if they got into a fight, he would come back for revenge.
Tong Yao almost burst into laughter at Si Xiaohui’s helpless and angry expression. "Auntie, what you said makes a lot of sense. People should never act indecently, because they never know when karma will catch up with them," Tong Yao said.

"Great! Thank you, auntie," Tong Yao replied cheerfully.
The auntie liked Tong Yao more and more, she praised her generously, much to Si Xiaohui’s resentment.
Lin Fengying was so angry that she nearly fainted. She closed her eyes and pretended to sleep.
After unleashing a tirade with the auntie, Tong Yao left elatedly. The auntie understood Lin Fengying and Si Xiaohui’s negative character and cast a disdainful glance at them as they showed up.
Si Xiaohui was furious. She wanted to defame Tong Yao when she left, but the auntie just wouldn’t listen.
