If they’ve found a good match in him and he’s good for Miaomiao, then they must hold tight and not let Jian Jun slip away.

Seeing Tong Yao so confidently vouch for Jian Jun, Guo Jinnian was relieved, "Since you speak so highly of Jian Jun, he must be a good man. I’ll take your advice and let them be."
Suddenly remembering something, she asked, "Oh, Enzhen’s Full Moon Wine Ceremony is the day after tomorrow, what gift are you thinking of giving? I’ve thought about it for a while and still haven’t decided."

Once their daughter was born, she specially invited Si Yang to see her.
According to Han Enzhen’s opinion, since it is a time of freedom in choosing a spouse, she couldn’t arrange a betrothal for her daughter. But she could cultivate a relationship between the children from a young age.

Just as Guo Jinnian was about to agree to the suggestion, Sister Zheng called out to everyone for dinner. Guo Jinnian said, "I’ll go call Miaomiao for dinner." and rushed downstairs. Seeing this, Sister Zheng laughed, "Miss Guo is still like a child."
Tong Yao also laughed lightly, "The greatest happiness for a woman is to maintain her childlike innocence forever, without a need for maturity."
Only someone who’s consistently pampered can maintain such a childlike happiness.
Tong Yao felt satisfied with her current lifestyle. If everything goes as planned, she can maintain her childlike innocence for life.
Sister Zheng agreed with Tong Yao’s philosophy. In fact, she has been a nanny at several homes. Although many of them were wealthier than Tong Yao’s, they did not live as happily and harmoniously as them.
Being loved by her parents and husband, having obedient children, and a successful career of her own, this is a life winner.

Tong Yue ran over and hugged Tong Yao’s leg to attract her attention, interrupting the dialogue, "Mommy, pick me up."
Despite being five years old, Tong Yue still liked sticking to her mother and being held by her. Every time, Si Yang would step forward to stop her, and this time was no exception. He walked over and said, "We’re about to have dinner, why do you still want to be picked up? Hurry up and sit down."

Si Yang said, "When has Mommy ever lied to you?"

The truth was, she had been missing her daddy because she hadn’t seen him for a long time.
Guo Jinnian said, "Yue Yue, do you miss your daddy? In that case, go to bed late tonight and wait for your daddy to return."
Yue Yue’s eyes sparkled and she nodded vigorously, "Godmother, I’ll sleep late tonight. I’ll wait for daddy to come back. I really miss daddy. I haven’t talked to him for several days and I can barely remember what he looks like."
Hearing this, everyone burst out laughing. Tong Yue, like a little pig, usually fell asleep punctually at eight o’clock in the night and didn’t get up until it was time for school. Therefore, everyone doubted her ability to wait up for Si Chen.
