Chapter 1095: The Beginning of Vicente’s Journey in the Hell
When Vicente stopped moaning in pain and showed rapid improvement, Minos’ group turned their eyes to him, relieving the tension of having to wait for this boy’s outcome.
Leaving aside the signs of enemies approaching from this position, the four Devils saw Vicente open his eyes just over a minute after Abby began the rite of passage of his Infernal Crown.
Abby had left the restrictive features of the crown she had given Vicente deactivated, allowing the boy to not only raise his level by 4 stars in one go but also to have all his abilities at his disposal.
Vicente jumped from the beginning of the 5-Star and went straight to the end of the 9-Star of the Grand Magus stage, reaching the absolute peak of his magical cultivation!
He felt as if his soul was going to explode, feeling an extreme urge to fight and reveal his powers to the Hell, given his explosive growth today.
But the crown didn’t just bring one more mana and negative elements. It had within it insights, facilities for acting and understanding the Hell that immediately made him better understand the place he was in, noticing the Wheels of Reincarnation, but also the powerful beings approaching from that direction.
His heart beat differently, and his Throne of Darkness seemed to want to take him somewhere. But he tried his best to stay where he was, shaping his senses toward the seniors who had helped him in this way.
Until this moment, Vicente had his reservations about Minos and these women. But when he got the crown, he felt immense gratitude for what these people had done.
He was sure that there would be a cost for today’s rapid growth, as well as the rescue of earlier. But he saw no problem in paying for something so positive.
A black liquid, holding a lot of darkness and mana, danced around his body and then entered him, integrating with the Throne in such a familiar way that Vice just felt ’complete’.
But while he was feeling a myriad of emotions, noticing the souls, undead, and various truths about the Hell, Minos broke the silence.
"Vicente, it’s time to say goodbye," said Minos as he helped him to his feet, smiling at the shocked Vice. "Now I leave you with this hint: soon you’ll feel something, an opportunity. I will not go into what it will look like. You’ll simply understand when it happens. That will be your signal to take advantage of the Hell’s opportunities. In the meantime, be careful and don’t die. We’ll see you again when you’re stronger."
While Vicente was still processing everything that was happening, Minos pressed his fingers hard against his hands, forcing the space to bend to his will.
Vicente watched Minos and the three diabolical women being covered by the decaying space, still trying to understand everything, even more so regarding his current mission.
He had moved up a level and was in Hell. Were they just going to abandon him there?
Minos said before disappearing completely, "Flee to the north. Powerful enemies are coming this way. Hide and use everything at your disposal to escape. They can kill you faster than that enemy from earlier!"
As soon as Minos’ last words had sounded, the four of them disappeared without further ado, leaving Vicente alone with a worried expression on his face.
Looking for a few moments in the direction from which he saw the four individuals depart, Vicente thought about the downside of it all. ’Enemies even stronger than that man from earlier?’ He asked himself, full of doubts in his mind, but no one to answer them.
His advance had given him power. He could say that he was now a few times stronger than before and would cope better with any kind of situation that presented itself to him. But even so, there was still a big difference between him and Minos and that individual who had forced him to perform the Banishing Ritual earlier.
Thinking about how the threat to his life was still present in the air, he looked around him, seeing the reddish terrain and dark sky of Hell, soon sensing something coming from the opposite direction to the one Minos had indicated for him to flee.
Gulp!
Shit! Other fucking Transcendents!’ He didn’t hesitate to move, unable to fly given Hell’s heavy gravity, but taking advantage of the free elements in the surroundings to strengthen his body and run faster.
Vicente found he was now 9 times faster than earlier alongside his crewmates and in less than 2 minutes, he was over 100 kilometers away from where Minos and the diabolical women had set off.
But that wasn’t enough to make him relax. He continued running without hesitation for another 20 minutes, gradually understanding just how great the hellish dimension was.
On the way, his heart lost its previous agitation, giving way to the curiosity of his mind growing as he saw the inhospitable vastness of Hell, but also the many, many Wheels of Reincarnation.
He didn’t know exactly what these spinning, glowing things were, but something deep inside him made him realize that there was a possibility that he could control them. But while having one of them under his control would be wonderful, looking at or getting too close to one, with or without a master, would be extremely dangerous.
Not wanting to take any chances now that he knew nothing, Vicente continued on his escape, soon passing the 2,000 kilometers from where he had arrived in the dimension.
Finally, he slowed down, slowly coming to a stop in a grand valley overlooking hundreds of square kilometers of land, completely empty, with no buildings or living beings.
"Shit. What kind of place is this?" he asked himself as he looked with narrowed eyes at each side of this area. "There’s nobody here!"
Then, amid his doubt and uncertainty about where to go or what to do, he felt something in his crown, for an instant putting all his thoughts aside to focus on the feeling of loss.
Suddenly, he felt a blank, feeling as if a connection that had existed since he got the crown had been completely severed.
’That? Did something happen to those seniors?’ He looked in the direction he had come from, realizing the end of the connection between him and Devil Abby.
But along with this release, he noticed something else, his senses burning as the crown, and also the Throne of Darkness, seemed to slowly beg him to move on.
’Is this the opportunity that Senior Minos promised me?’ He understood correctly, surprised at how quickly things had developed after his arrival there.
He thought, after Minos’ words, that it would take a few years at least for this opportunity to present itself. However, about an hour later, it had already appeared!
Clenching his fists and feeling what he had to do, he promised his benefactors that he would do his best and set off for one of Abby’s newly liberated territories!
