Hearing Nana’s words, the god’s looked even more surprised. Not minding that Nana spoke up "I said before that with light came the creation of worlds and living beings, I am one of the said worlds that was created throughout the verses, or rather every planet or stars you see can be said to be created after the coming of light. Not all worlds are habitable and able to generate life of its own, yet they can still with chance generate a consciousness of their own because we all bear "The mark of genesis" which came from the endless void.
"There have been many speculations on my Worlds can gain a consciousness, some say that it may have been a gift from the endless void or something else, but it is a known fact that all planets or stars you see can be born with a consciousness only that the chance of that happening is slim to none, even i don’t know the reason why I was able to gain consciousness"
"With me gaining consciousness, I got the gift of mana by being named chaos which is another enigmatic figure that much isn’t known about except that he/she gives world consciousness with varieties of energy after birth, can be mana or qi. These energies all work different depending on the world but after my birth of consciousness i also got a calling at the same time"
"The calling was from other world consciousness of the universe we are now in, I didn’t know of that at the time before i gave birth to all of you, it was only after my sleep that i accepted the call and that was when i was brought to a whole new plane or place filled with other world consciousness"
"Apparently, every world consciousness in each of their own universes came together after Balance came to existence and brought with it the existence of rule. One of the rule pertaining to world consciousness was what led to the world consciousness banding together to guarantee their own safety"
"This rule was that "World consciousness are to under no circumstance act until the dire minute in order to protect themselves from certain deaths" This rule was already known to me once i gained consciousness which prompted the birth of you guys in order to protect myself"
"You all are the last resort and my dire minute. If you are no longer able to protect me then by law I can take action to protect myself. The world consciousness of our own universe sent you an invitation once they felt my birth, through them i was able to learn and get insight to a lot of knowledge pertaining to life"
Nana said all that and looked at the gods "So while you all think that i have been sleeping, instead have been learning more about my origin and yours"
The explanation was different from what the gods were expecting but they all nodded to show an understanding before Ikenga spoke up "Then you also have an explanation of what just transpired with our awakening"
Nana nodded as she snapped her hand and a huge barrel of wine appeared in front of the gods. If Ikem was here he would recognize that barrel was the design of his people, the gods looked at the barrel while Nana smiled as glass appeared out of thin air at the hands of the gods.
Looking at Ikenga, Nana said "Your child and his people created something interesting" Ikenga raised an eyebrow while the other gods looked at him, with confusion on his face Ikenga shrugged to show his confusion.
Wine floated out from the barrel into the wine cups in the gods hand, Ikenga recognized what it was immediately as he brought it to his ose to take a sniff before he took a small sip as the fruit taste spread throughout his tongue.
The other gods weren’t much different as they all also took a small sip and then with eyes closed appreciated the taste, Crepuscular took a sip before looking at Ikenga " I hope your son isn’t stingy as i would like more of this"
The other gods also looked at Ikenga even Mahu who was holding him, Sighing Ikenga promised "I will make sure you all will get some" the gods all nodded with a smile on their face like it was a matter of fact.
Ikenga looking at their sheepish behavior smiled as they took more sip of the win, it seems he will have to reward his son after this meeting, he may unknowingly boost his fame and status among his siblings.
"Now we are done with that; let me continue" Nana said while holding onto her own glass.
"What transpired outside was the result of you receiving worship from the mortal being known for their emotions "Human"
"But before that we start with a small explanation of your origin. Just like those beings born at the dawn of time by the endless void, we the world consciousness who came after can be said to have come from the endless void too only that we don’t have as much power as those beings but we do share an energy with those other being which is called the "Origin energy" and the most powerful form of energy in all of the universe as it comes from the endless void"
"The other world consciousness refers to ourselves as the Second generation of Origin, which is why we can never be wiped out of existence no matter how much we break the rules. Also unlike most other existence in which a counterpart or similarity of them can be found in another universe but only just under a different reality, we only exist in this universe. Then there are you guys, the origin gods which we call the Third generation"
"Just like us, you can never be erased from existence because of breaking the rules and you all only exist in this universe, there can never be another one of you. Now as the third generation you are further from the source which is the endless void and you lack the Origin energy but bear what comes after it which is the divine energy"
"Being further from the Endless void means that you can be affected or influenced by the existence of those other other beings which you can figure by now is the First generation, in the case of what happened with your awakening it will be those of the emotional spectrum known as the Seven heavenly virtue and Seven deadly sins"
"In this case, your situation is more tied to the latter which is the seven deadly sins. In the beginning when worlds and living beings were created, in turn was the birth of emotion which gave birth to the beings going by the seven heavenly virtue and because of the existence of Balance at that time their counterpart the seven deadly sins was created"
"The existence of these beings are why most things now have emotions as they do. Now humans for some reason in all known universe has been blessed by these beings in all known universe which is why they are able to generate a great amount of power just by their emotion be it friendship, love or hate"
"These said blessings of emotion have an effect on Third generation like you when they are worshiped, also has effect on mortal ascended gods but its effect is different compared to the origin gods. Let me start by saying because of the existence of these beings, when a world gains a spark of consciousness, a mirrored layer of that world is created at the same time and only waiting for the condition to make itself known which is the origin gods"
Nana stopped before looking at all her kids and she said with a heavy tone "I may have made a mistake in my haste to give birth to guardians who can protect me, if i had the knowledge i had now, i don’t think you all would have existed"
Ikenga and the gods frowned hearing what Nana said, it wasn’t a great feeling when your only parent tells you that you are a mistake or a burden. Nana looked at her frowning kids, feeling said at what she had just said while thinking to herself "It seems my time spent with other world consciousness still has its effect on me"
Feeling the distance she created with what she just said, Nana had tears falling from her face "I am sorry" She said to the frowning gods but no one made a reaction to console her.
"I am so sorry children, I can never take back what I just said. I just haven’t realized how much i was influenced form being with other world consciousness who doesn’t have to face what we are about to face, talking with them made me realize that i may have made a mistake but now when i said it out loud, it hurts" Nana said, the glass she was holding fell from her hands.
