Chapter 143: Chapter 143: Do I Look Good?
Su Tang was firmly determined to help. There was no use trying to persuade her otherwise!

Everyone just put the things they gathered directly into Su Tang’s space, which saved them time from the need to run back to the cave.
By around five in the afternoon, there was a noticeable increase in the amount of volcanic ash in the air, making it somewhat difficult to breathe.
Dust colored ash was floating everywhere. The entire forest was shrouded, creating a pressing atmosphere that was unsettling.
By placing a previously prepared large rock in the mouth of the cave, they not only blocked the incoming volcanic ash, but also cut off the only light in the cave.
Surrounded by darkness, Su Tang leaned tightly against Gaiyin with the sound of his somewhat labored breathing behind her!
"Don’t be scared, someone’s making a fire right now!"
Su Tang quietly nodded.
The cave was subdued until the beastmen stoked the fire. Only then did the atmosphere perk up a bit.
Su Tang also used the light to move some goods out from her space.
Seeing the food that suddenly appeared, the beastmen started exclaiming in surprise. Although they knew that their Lady had a God-given space, seeing Su Tang use said space was still quite novel to them.

Under her arrangement, the beastmen orderly distributed their food, forming little clusters around the fire pit to grill their food.
Outside the cave, the howling of the wild wind carried with it mournful sounds; occasionally, some volcanic ash would seep in through unsealed cracks in the rock.
After two days of hard travel, everyone was exhausted. After casually eating some food, they each returned to their own small caves to rest.
Despite having slept in the afternoon, Su Tang was still exhausted. Even Soft Fruits were unable to perk her up.
Gaiyin, somewhat helplessly holding Su Tang, carried her towards their small cave.
Seeing Yadang, who wanted to say something but hesitated, Gaiyin paused and said, "She’s tired. If there’s anything to say, it can wait until tomorrow!"
Yadang nodded his head in agreement, silently turned around, and left.

After waking from a deep sleep, Su Tang felt rested, filled with boundless energy.
It would be fine if it wasn’t for Gaiyin’s leg weighing her down, and his clawed hand around her waist - that was absolutely annoying!
"Stinky Gaiyin, get up, you’re so heavy I can hardly breathe!"
Hearing this, Gaiyin shifted his leg off of Su Tang, and that was all; his arm still holding her tightly.
The light breathing on Su Tang’s neck was somewhat ticklish, and a little bothersome.
"Stinky Gaiyin, let me go this instant!"
With a pretended ’I didn’t hear anything’ look, Gaiyin continued to close his eyes, but the corners of his mouth had already revealed a faint smile.
Su Tang struggled for a while to no avail. Angrily, she bit down on Gaiyin’s arm. Surprisingly, it resulted in a "crunch" sound, as if she had bitten a piece of iron. She had nearly broken her teeth!
Su Tang was at a loss for words. How could this be a normal human arm? It was steel-wrapped in copper flesh!
"Hehe..."
A deep, enticing laugh filled with sensuality echoed in her ears. Su Tang quickly raised her head to meet those black vertical pupils full of teasing.
Within the cave, the torch flickered, creating the illusion of thousands of stars rotating within Gaiyin’s black pupils. Su Tang was completely captivated!
"Am I good-looking?"
