Chapter 505: Chapter 506: I Didn’t Expect You to Be Like This, Brother

Through Little Gaiya’s description, Su Tang guessed that Qiu Mo might have twisted her ankle.

So she breathed a slight sigh of relief, "It’s okay Yaya, sister Qiu Mo doesn’t have a major issue, she just twisted her ankle. She’ll be good after resting for a while."

Little Gaiya’s heart kept thumping loudly. He looked expectantly at Su Tang, "Really?"

Su Tang smiled and pinched Little Gaiya’s soft little face, "Of course, it’s true. Don’t you trust me?"

After hearing what Su Tang said, Little Gaiya finally cracked a smile.

But before he could let out a laugh, Gaiyin said coldly, "I will tell father about this and let him deal with it."

Little Gaiya’s small face fell again, he stared at Gaiyin in disbelief as if everything was falling apart!

He complained indignantly, "I didn’t expect you to be like this, brother!"

Gaiyin glanced at him and said lightly, "If you do something wrong, you have to pay the price."

Little Gaiya waved his little fists unhappily, "But sister-in-law said that sister Qiu Mo is alright!"

Gaiyin scoffed lightly, his gaze slightly heavy, "Have you ever thought about what would happen if something happened to Qiu Mo? Or to you?"

Little Gaiya was left speechless.

Seeing that he could not persuade Gaiyin, he sadly tugged at Su Tang’s clothes, "Sister-in-law..."

Su Tang rubbed Little Gaiya’s head, "Your brother is right, your play area was too dangerous, let alone sneaking out for so long without us knowing. What if something happened to you, where would we find you?"

Little Gaiya pouted and obediently led the way.

Walking along, Yadang suddenly appeared in their view. He looked somewhat anxious, irritated, and held an indescribable emotion.

"Tangtang, have you seen Qiu Mo?"

Su Tang looked strangely at Yadang without answering his question, "What’s wrong? Do you need something from her?"

Yadang ran his hand through his hair, a bit annoyed, "Well, yeah, I have been looking for her all morning but can’t find her."

Su Tang suddenly remembered, during their first meeting that morning, Qiu Mo’s lips were somewhat chapped, and her mood was off.

Then Su Tang decided to give it a try, asked jokingly, "What? Did you do something bad to her that she’s avoiding you on purpose?"

No sooner than the words fell.

She noticed Yadang’s face turned a bit strange. He seemed like he urgently wanted to explain something but didn’t know how to start.

Seeing him like that, Su Tang smiled knowingly, figuring out what was going on.

She didn’t continue to ask, instead, she extended her hand and patted Yadang’s arm.

Actually, she wanted to pat his shoulder, but she couldn’t reach...

"Momo is injured; we’re on our way to find her. You can come with us."

Yadang asked in surprise, "She’s injured? She was perfectly fine this morning. How did she get hurt?"

His fox eyes flickered around everyone, he had always been very clever and quickly spotted something was off.

With a raised eyebrow, "Is it because of Little Gaiya?"

Su Tang nodded.

Yadang agreed, "Let’s go, I’ll come with you."

Perhaps knowing Qiu Mo’s whereabouts, Yadang seemed calmer, not as anxious as when he first appeared.

Following Little Gaiya’s lead, they went deeper into a remote area. Except for them, no other members of the tribe could be seen around.
