Chapter 250: Chapter 250 Mia’s cubs
Silver Wolf Tribe.
Two small wolf cubs dashed through the snowy land, their tiny paws thudding against the ground. They were both delightfully chubby, their fur thick and fluffy, giving them an almost cloud-like appearance. The first cub, with sparkling blue eyes and soft gray fur, playfully swatted at the second, who had sharp gray eyes and sleek silver fur. They tumbled over each other, wrestling with their small, clumsy paws.
"CUBS! DON’T RUN TOO FAR!" Mia’s voice echoed across the field, full of warmth but with a hint of worry. She hurried toward them, watching as they glanced back at her. Upon seeing their mother, they took off again, tiny tails wagging with excitement, as if it were a game to make her chase them.
Mia caught up with them at last, scooping the fluffy little troublemakers into her arms. Both cubs squirmed happily, nuzzling against her chest, their tails wagging even harder as they settled into her hold. She smiled, shaking her head at their endless energy.
As the snow continued to fall gently around them, the soft flakes clung to the cubs’ fur, making them appear even more like little bundles of clouds. Mia sighed contentedly, feeling the warmth of her cubs nestled against her. The cold wind swirled around her, but the joy in her heart kept her warm. Her eyes scanned the quiet landscape, the white snow contrasting with the dense forest that bordered their land.
The cubs wiggled, their little noses twitching as they tried to catch snowflakes, their playful spirits unaffected by the cold. Mia chuckled softly, hugging them closer.
"Naughty brats! You can’t let your mama be free for even a second, can you?" Pablo said, his voice deep and warm as he approached from behind. With a playful smile, he leaned down and gently booped both cubs on their tiny noses.
"Wooooooooooof! Our mama!" Both cubs lifted their heads and let out little howls, their voices tiny but fierce as they protested.
Pablo laughed, amused by their defiance. "Naughty pups, before she’s your mother, she’s my mate," he said, teasing as he ruffled their fluffy heads with his large, gentle hand.
The cubs responded with another defiant bark, their small faces scrunched in determination.
"Wooooooooooof!"
"Wooof!" They barked at him, their little eyes narrowed as if challenging him for Mia’s attention.
Pablo chuckled, his magnetic voice filling the cold air. "Those cubs!" He shook his head, his grin widening as he glanced at Mia, who was watching the scene with a soft smile of her own.
Mia pulled her cubs closer, her heart swelling with affection as she kissed their soft, furry heads. They wriggled in her embrace, but their playful energy couldn’t diminish the overwhelming joy she felt. After years of longing and trying, she had finally given birth to these two precious cubs just a month ago. They had grown so fast, and her days were now filled with endless play and laughter as she spent every moment cherishing their presence.
Yet, as much as her heart was filled with love for her cubs, a shadow of worry had settled over her since Kyra’s disappearance. Due to her pregnancy, Mia had missed Kyra’s celebration, and who could have predicted that shortly after, an incident would leave Kyra missing? The venomcrest tribe had been locked down since the snakes went into hibernation, and only Lucas’ parents remained to watch over the tribe.
Mia sighed, her eyes clouded with concern.
Pablo wrapped his arms around Mia, pulling her close as they walked toward their home. His lips gently met hers in a soft kiss, but Mia’s stern glare made him chuckle. They both enjoyed these quiet moments together, even as worry for Kyra and Lucas lingered in the back of their minds.
"What do you think is happening with Kyra?" Mia asked, her voice laced with concern as she glanced at Pablo.
"I don’t know," Pablo replied, his blue eyes shifting to their playful cubs. His strong jawline and thoughtful expression revealed his deep contemplation. "But I believe she’s safe. Vincent is a powerful male, and Lucas isn’t weak either. I’m confident they’ll return safely."
Mia nodded, her worry eased slightly by his words. She gazed down at her cubs, their tiny forms snuggled in her arms. "I can’t wait to introduce them to Kyra. And if she ends up having a daughter, I might just book my cub’s mate in advance," she said with a laugh, her eyes twinkling with amusement.
Pablo raised an eyebrow, intrigued by her playful suggestion. "And what if she has a son?" he teased.
Mia pouted, pretending to be offended. "Oh, my pups! Look at your dad bad-mouthing our plans!" she said, addressing her cubs with mock seriousness.
The cubs, not fully understanding but sensing the playful tone, began howling at their dad, their tiny voices filling the air with cheerful noise. Pablo laughed, the sound rich and warm, as he watched the joyful interaction between Mia and their cubs.

"You have something to tell me, child?" healer asked, his eyes kindly examining Kyra, Damon, and Lucas.
Kyra nodded, her expression serious but respectful. "Yes, we need to discuss something important." 𝓃𝓸𝓋𝓅𝓾𝒷.𝒸ℴ𝓂
The healer stepped aside to let them in. As they entered, Priest Felix looked up from his chair by the hearth.
"Kyra! It’s wonderful to see you again," Felix said warmly, his gaze shifting to Lucas and Damon. "Damon and Lucas, good to see you here too."
Kyra offered a small smile and nodded. "Yes, we need to talk about a few things with you."
The healer smiled kindly and gestured toward the chairs. "Don’t stand on ceremony, children. Please, take a seat."
Everyone settled into the chairs, and the healer, with Felix by his side, waited attentively for Kyra to begin.
"You want to discuss something important? Please, do tell us. We’ve been busy preparing medicine for the beastmen who are heading down Silver Peak Mountain," the healer said with a smile.
"Yes, I Also want to discuss that very matter," Kyra replied, meeting his gaze with a calm and confident expression.
