Deng Wenwen put her chopsticks aside and turned to Tong Yao, asking sweetly, "Sister Yaoyao, are you still hiring at your tea shop? I was thinking of working there."

Tong Yao raised an eyebrow, asking, "Do your parents agree?" Since one of her student employees was about to graduate and had secured a government job, she needed to hire another worker. However, her Director Deng had high expectations for Wenwen and saw working at the tea shop as beneath her.

Tong Yao replied happily, "I plan to hire a few people to help me in snatching up a house. With more people, our chances are higher. If we still can’t succeed, no worries. I will save up money and buy later. I already bought two plots of land in the suburbs and haven’t started construction yet. If I can’t buy a house, I will use the money to develop the suburban plots".

In the future, she plans to buy a small car and commute to work every day. Her current situation is already better than Seventy percent of people’s living standards. Even if she stops working right now, her future is certainly secure.

On one hand, she has Si Chen, and on the other, real estate.

Both these factors are something that many people aspire towards in their entire lifetime.

Wang Chun responded happily, "That’s good. I was worried that you’d be upset if you did not get a house."

It was indeed very boring to be home alone all day after being accustomed to going out every day.
